What I Do
Systems Administration
I help ensure an organization’s computer systems are functioning and meet the needs of the organization. As a Sysadmins I also support, troubleshoot, and maintain computer servers and networks.
Network Administration
Proficient in keeping a network up to date and ensuring that it works as intended. Specifically, design, manage, and maintain different networks, whether local, over a wide area, or only a network segment.
Cloud Architect
As a Cloud Architect, I help bridge the gap between complex bussiness problems and deploy solutions in the Cloud ensuring and guiding the developers on the right technologies to use when working in the cloud.
Support Desk Specialist
I have worked as part of the support operations team providing phone and remote technical support to clients in an efficient, effective, and accurate manner. I'm very familiar with this role and consider myself a skilled help desk specialist.
